- Who Can Use the Platform
- Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the platform. The platform is designed around alcohol service establishments. We do not knowingly allow accounts for users under 18. If you are under 18, do not create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate it. - Legal Capacity
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. - Geographic Scope
The platform is available in markets where Stumblon actively operates. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information for any location where we do not actively operate. We intend to expand to additional markets over time, and these Terms will apply to users and Bar Operators in all markets where the platform is available. If you access the platform from a location where we do not actively operate, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with all local laws, including laws governing alcohol advertising, age verification, and data privacy. We make no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside our active markets.
- Age Requirement
- Your Account
- Registration
You are not required to create an account to browse the platform. If you create an account to leave ratings, favorite bars, or save events, you must provide accurate information. Do not use a false name, a name you do not have the right to use, or an email address that is not yours. You also may not use a display name or username that contains profanity, vulgarity, slurs, hate speech, sexually explicit language, or any term that is threatening, harassing, or offensive based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We reserve the right to require you to change a name that violates this policy and to suspend your account if you refuse. - Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at terms@stumblon.com. We are not liable for losses caused by someone else using your account if the cause was your failure to maintain credential security. - One Account per Person
You may hold one End User account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban. - Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for a violation of these Terms, without prior notice if the violation involves fraud, impersonation, harassment, or illegal activity. For less severe violations, we will attempt to notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.

- Bar Operator Accounts and Subscriptions
- Free Listings
Bars may appear on the platform as unclaimed listings based on publicly available information. A bar’s appearance as an unclaimed listing does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or relationship with Stumblon. If you own or manage a bar and want your listing removed, email us at terms@stumblon.com with your business name, address, and proof of authority to represent the business. We will remove it within 5 business days. - Claiming a Listing
A Bar Operator may claim its free listing by creating a Bar Operator account and verifying its association with the business. Claiming a listing allows the operator to add events, update hours, and manage the listing. We do not currently require government-record verification for listing claims, but we reserve the right to require verification if we detect fraudulent claims. Falsely claiming a listing you do not own or operate violates these Terms and may expose you to legal liability. - Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscription tiers give Bar Operators access to enhanced features, including real-time posting, photo and webcam embedding, and promotional placement. Pricing is displayed on the platform’s subscription page. All subscriptions are processed through a third-party payment processor who manages the credit card information securely. By subscribing, you also agree to the Terms of Service of that payment processor. Stumblon is not the payment processor and does not view, store, or have access to your credit card information. - Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Unless you cancel before the end of the billing cycle, your subscription automatically renews. To cancel, access your Bar Operator account settings or email us at terms@stumblon.com at least 3 business days before your renewal date. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If a payment fails, we will attempt to re-charge the payment method on file. If the charge is not resolved within 7 days of the failed attempt, we may downgrade or suspend your Bar Operator account until payment is received. We reserve the right to terminate a subscription that remains unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date. You remain liable for all fees accrued before termination. - Bar Operator Content Responsibility
Bar Operators are solely responsible for all Bar Operator Content they upload. You represent that: (a) you have the right to post the content; (b) the content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights; (c) the content does not contain false or misleading information; (d) webcam feeds and photos comply with all applicable laws, including any surveillance laws, recording consent laws, and privacy laws applicable in your state; and (e) any event information is accurate at the time of posting.
In addition, Bar Operator Content must not contain or promote any of the following:- Profanity or Vulgarity. Obscene, profane, or vulgar language, imagery, or symbols, including content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or graphic in nature.

- User Content
- Your Ownership
You own the content you post to the platform, including ratings, check-ins, photos, and comments. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to us. - License to Stumblon
By posting User Content, you grant Stumblon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to display, reproduce, distribute, and format your User Content for the purpose of operating the platform and for Stumblon’s promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. The license to use your User Content for operating the platform ends when you delete your content or close your account, except for content that has been incorporated into aggregated, anonymized data or that other users have interacted with in ways we cannot fully reverse. The license to use your User Content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes is perpetual and irrevocable. - Content Rules
Do not post content that:- Is false, misleading, or defamatory about any bar, person, or business.
- Infringes any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Contains sexually explicit material, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Impersonates any person or entity, including claiming to manage a bar you do not represent.
- Violates any applicable law.
- Check-Ins and Location Data
When you voluntarily check in at a bar, you consent to that check-in being visible to other platform users, subject to your account privacy settings. We do not track your location continuously. Location data is requested one time per session when you access the platform and is used solely to show you nearby bars. We store a session-level cookie for this purpose. We do not store your precise GPS coordinates beyond that session.
From time to time, a Bar Operator may run its own promotional activity tied to check-ins (such as drink specials, rewards, or incentives) entirely at the Bar Operator’s own initiative and discretion. Stumblon does not sponsor, endorse, or participate in any such promotion. Stumblon makes no representations regarding the availability, terms, or fulfillment of any Bar Operator check-in promotion and is not responsible or liable for a Bar Operator’s failure to honor, fulfill, or discontinue any such promotion. Any dispute arising from a Bar Operator check-in promotion is solely between you and the Bar Operator.
- Your Ownership
- Intellectual Property
- Platform IP
All rights in the platform itself, including the software, design, database structure, logo, and the Stumblon name, belong to Stumblon LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use any of Stumblon’s intellectual property except as necessary to use the platform as intended. - DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at terms@stumblon.com that includes: (a) your name and contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material; (c) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We will respond within 5 business days and remove infringing content while we investigate. Bar Operators whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error. - Bar Menus, Logos, and Third-Party Brand Materials
Stumblon does not import bar logos, menus, or branded materials without that bar’s permission. Unclaimed listings contain only publicly available name and address information. If you are a bar operator and believe your trademarked materials appear on the platform without authorization, contact us at terms@stumblon.com for immediate removal.
